Sue Carrell began her real estate career in 1970 in Marin County. Three years later she was awarded the Annual Sales Associate Award by the Marin County Board of Realtors. The very same day she received the award, she moved to Mendocino to sign papers on a Victorian house in the town of Mendocino (built in 1882). She and her husband renovated it into an award-winning Bed and Breakfast Inn on the Mendocino Coast. (www.MacCallumHouse.com). It was the first B&B to open in the town and was featured in Sunset Magazine . Her “Inn-story” was told in the May 1983 issue of Money Magazine , and was also featured in the Christian Science Monitor.
A Michigander (Grand Rapids), Christine made her home in California in 1978. After attending the Santa Rosa Community College, she worked in the clothing business and learned about sales in the fashion industry.
After having her son, Daniel, Christine and her husband Mark started a Day Care Center. After five years of running this business successfully, Christine decided to investigate real estate as a career.
She started work at a residential property management company in 2006 and soon found it suited her skills. She loves customer service and organizing data, two qualities that property management services require without question.
Christine joined Sue Carrell & Associates in 2012; she handles all the transactional work and keeps track of financial records. Most importantly, Christine is always available to answer your questions and work through solutions that need to be addressed quickly and efficiently.
